Has anyone ever shot these? Anything special, or just another hype carbon fiber barrel?
I was thinking abotu picking one up with a single bore, I'm tired of having barrel kits and using 1 tip and maybe 2 backs out of the entire kit.

I am looking at them as well, but I don't know either. I have a bob long barrel and like it and have had a HAmmerhead and loved that, but I never had a Carbonfiber barrel let alone a freak kit/incerts. but it is deadlywind and I like the look so why not?
is it up on pbreview? I know I submitted a recomendation for it.

Pros:
Super light
Inserts
Fits into guns where stiffi's don't
Cons:
I've had increased barrel breaks in the tip.
Doesn’t clean easily
Loud (I don't care though) //needs larger porting.
Can’t use threaded squeegees (e.g. REDZ)
tipp-ed off

The "Wisper" is loud?
Yeah by comparison.
I shot it in my living room with some reballs and noticed it was a lot louder than my m1 sanchez , and slightly louder than my SP all american. but it's light :p

I guess one concern I would have is the tip not being reinforced with at least an aluminum ring. will the end chip/fray like the stiffie kits were said to do?
