Yes, just make sure to get a .712" on/off pin.

Only if it is an RT pro I believe. A classic mag or minimag has a different sear axle pin..

I'm using a ULE trigger kit, so I'm assuming that I can use this on/off pin instead of the .712, but that I'd have to adjust the shims to get it to work properly (take one out?).

Well, the ULT uses a .770 pin, so actually you'd need to ADD shims.
