I'm purely recball/woods play...I go through approximately 1500rds over the course of a full day. I've gone through less, gone through more...depends on how the games play themselves out...if I get pinned down in a firefight...I could go through 500-600 rounds in a game. If I get hit out early or go into "stealth mode"...I might not even use up a hopper.

Too much...

I limit myself to a case a day. In a typical day I play about 13 games lasting up to 15min each. (Woods) If its speedball, then I have no idea how many games I play in a day.

In 3 hours of outlaw speedball I use

1 case with a trilo cocker
1 case with a BKO
1 case with a xtra
Um did I say one case

Thats all I bring to the field with me so I usually use no more no less unless I have equipment problems.

I usually split a case of the field's value paint with my little bro. So around 750-1000.

I shoot pnuematic mech mag and utilize this little tactic called "Aiming" before i begin to pull the trigger. I find that it helps me save money when I play while scoring as many or more eliminations than the average player. If you need a short tutorial on this "Aiming" thing, just PM me and I'll explain it.

about a case in 3 hours or so for practice. for a tourney i will shoot more

edit we still aim, maybe once you play in a higher level you will see that you need to shoot more.

So some people shoot more then others. Wasn't it tom kaye that said "Accuraccy by volume is and will remain the ultimate way to score eliminations in paintball" or something to that effect?

I go through about a case. Usually I plan on shooting a case, and when I'm done with that, I leave.

Thats just speedball though... In woodsball, I can get away with 1500 and still bring a bag home to shoot behind the garage.

Man, I'm either the only backman posted here or I need more effective front players?

probably just th eonly backman...i tried it just in regular recball pick up games(airball of course) and i still went thorugh 2x much paint as usual. A friend of mine who plays backman at i think at the novice lvl goes through 2 at the least at practice.
