Whats the deal with CO-2 and Compressed Air? Which is better ? Why is Compressed Air so expensive? Is it worth converting CO-2 to air? I dont mind my CO-2 except the high crono twards the end of the day. I'm a serious baller and love the game but need help to decide wheather or not to upgrade. So whats the deal?

Compressed air gives you more shot to shot consistency. It is also not affected as adversly by weather/temperature conditions.
Compressed air tanks are more expensive than CO2 and the air itself might be more due to the fact that the compressors used to generate the air cost a lot of money. You're not so much paying for the air as you are the compressor.

What marker are you using? Do you have a regulator? Where do you play? What type of game do you play?
Without these, I cannot help you. Under certain conditions, you won't notice any difference between compressed air and CO2 with a properly set up marker. CO2 gets blamed for a lot of problems in the paintball community.
Then again, if you play in Alaska, you might notice a huge difference! :)
