Well, the sear solonoid dosent want to fire reliably...

Could it be bad settings, or did e1's tend to go?

Anybody know anything?

Thanks

Post this at the tinkerers guild. Someone recently had a similar problem. I believe that it has something to do with the noid coil.

Two things to check first that have happened to me:

1. Check you trigger; sometimes if the front set screw gets shortened a little the trigger moves just enough to cross the optical sensor permanently. Back you screws out and reset them to your liking.

2. Disassemble and clean the sear solenoid. I've had paint creep in and get gummy. Follow the manual to pull out the noid and clean thoroughly.

Good luck.

Sometimes the solenoid coil comes misaligned...try adding a shim in between the piston and the bottom of the solenoid to align them...
