Do you have the safety out already?

Yes sir, itsalready been disassembled.
I'm also using PTP micro e-mag lowers if that makes a difference ( I remembered that the non-ule emag lowers has safety spring issues)

K ,
Basically drop in the spring , put the saftey in right up to the spring and use it as a guide to hold the bearing on the spring. Use something ( I use an allen key) to depress the ball and at the same time push in on the safety and it should pop right in.

Sweet Jay, thanks.
I tried basicly the same thing, but my fingers were too wide, so I tried an allen wrench like you suggested... Except it was magnetized, LOL.
I just wanted to make sure there was no better way in case I was missing something simple..
Thanks!
