I think the top one is newer but not sure.

If you're buying one, go throw Pbgear.net, the pictures you linked to are of the same gun, just newer and older model pics, pbgear has the newest model and the cheapest price anywhere, and if you ask about nitro of anti-syphon CO2, go Anti-syphon, cheaper and more effiencent with the Impy.

No, MAG owns YOU you're mistaken unless the eye decal is on the other side. I believe their both the same marker, but still if not PBgear still has the better price even with the ACE version.

the top one is the newer model, and no its not a vision eye impulse either.
but i would say go through paintballgear.net too

Neither of them are vision. both of them are hte same gun. The one with the purple gem is just the newest generation so far.

get the top one. its newer, has a delrin valve, they come with gas thrus,new style grip frame with vertical spring, and can GET the eye upgrade, it duznt have it though.
