Hey,

I just came into possession of a HyperFrame and recieved all of the parts for installing it, however the instructions are about as primative as cavemen. If any of you veteran AO members could lend me some insight I'd be very thankful. So, here it goes...

This is the part that I have no idea where it goes, what it does, or even what it is.

If anyone could explain what importance this could have to someone putting a HyperFrame on a Tac-One then by all means please inform me. Any info would be great!

*Also, I've noticed that re-inserting the safety pin is not working, is there a trick to getting it back into the frame or something?

Thanks,
-Commander-

looks like an on-off pice for a classic valve. possibly a replaement part included with the hyperframe to ensure that the solinoid will be able to activate the sear.

on a tac-one with ult this part should not be used as far as I can tell.

its an old on/off lower, if you want the hyperframe to work well use a tuned ULT, and junk that old bit

So basically I won't need this part with my Tac-One, right?

Thanks,

Not if your tac one already has a ULT installed .... and that is the center flag on/off bottom.

That is the on/off that came with the Hyperframe. You have to use it or a ult with the Hyperframe. I would recomend that you not use it and get a ult instead.
