For a mech gun is it fast cuz I dont really wanna buy a used emag.

anything with an X-valve and ULT is the fastest mech you're going to get stock

/oh and a double trigger helps too

Mags are technically the faster gun out there, period. Some guns that use eblade type trigger frames can 'shoot' faster than 40cps, but they are not full cycles. A mag has been clocked shotting something like 34bps with paint. However, getting a mech to shoot that fast is nearly impossible on the field. Mag trigger pulls are generally not walkable.

how fast do you figure a peson can walk that can do 17 bps on an omen(me), on a mech mag?

depends on the person, pick one up and try, I can get about 12 on a mech mag on a good day *classic*

If you have a fast recharging tank and a good amount of shims on your ULT, you can get around 12-15 with some moderate bounce. I know my Nitro Duck preset was fast enough to give me a little bounce when my mag was mech.

With the right tank it's plenty fast. My friend still insists on using electonic ramping guns but he did readily admit the RT mag was faster than he thought.

funny, because the e-mag noid tops out at about 20, and i doubt he adjusted his dwell on the noid, seeing how with agd softwear, it is not possible.
