SCUBA Question

I want to fill my HPA tank from my SCUBA tanks. The tanks that i have are 3000psi tanks and are activly dived with. How can I use those tanks to fill my tank? Any help would be appreciated.

all you need is a fill station i think there around 40$ and you hook it up to the valve thing
