what combination of dots and rings constitute a larger size or what?
no dot no ring the smallest?

line = 1
dot = .5
so no line or no dot = 0.0
one dot = 0.5
one line = 1.0
one line one dot = 1.5
so on and so forth
from what i was told the size diameter is how well the seal of the oring fits on the lvl10 bolt

Yes. It can either leak or be too tight and not fire reliably. You want the biggest carrier that won't leak.
Can changing affect your tuning on your level 10?
