Hey AO,

I know I'm not the only one that has all warped mags. I'd like to start a thread thats directed towards warp mags, post any pics you have of them.

I'll start with I few I have in mag hands, and a couple that I have assembled and previously owned.

My first warped mag, it was latter turned into a spyder mag, this was one of my top 5 favorites out of all the old mags ive owned. :argh:

Well another myth proven wrong..."Warps suck" I hear people say. Warps rock I say. Consistently feed your mag as fast as you like with a warp. Nothing is better. ;) :D

Haha, yeah. It's orking pretty well now. It just gets crappy when it's low on battery or air. And because it's a mag, it's a hog on both. I'm still fine tuning it though.

I have never had paint break in the warp feed. I have used cheap quality paint that is out of round and it would get stuck in my CenterFeed set-up hose. but I use quality paint now and have had not one jam with the warp body set up. I've been using a warp for 4 years. 9V Big Cell and 12V mod, intellifeed plus vibration so it works in Emode and mechanical.

I should note that this was a long time ago, when warps first came out. the gun has since been dismantled, never to be assembled again. Retired, if you will.

Same warp, same hopper, just a little Rit dye. (And a fiance who doesnt freak too much at messes.) Just waiting on a rail so I can add my black warp left body and trim about 4 inches of hose.

PS Anyone else have a problem with their Egg falling out of their warp? I've tried thickening the stem with a little electrical tape, to no avail. Its fine when I play and the gun is level, but when I am walking in or off the field and not paying attention, kinda slinging it around...off it pops and ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I've got an empty hopper. I was searching for a big rubberband, am gonna use zip ties and see how they work.

maybe trim the neck down, then put tape on it. then loosen the screws holding the warp together and put the hopper in. then lastly tighten the screws holding the warp together.

it worked very nicely with my revvy, except i didn't trim it.

These may seem like dumb questions, but keep in mind I've never seen/held/shot a warped marker in my life, so...

- How does it mount? Is it possible to mount it on a gun other than a mag w/o any kind of modification?

- Where can I buy a 12v modded warp? Or is that something that kinda has to be done on my own?

It mounts to the frame using the bottom frame holes. Almost every frame will work without modding the bracket. And if your gun kicks ever so slightly then it probably will activate the warps sensor.

store.airgun sells 9v warps and luke here on ao mod's them pretty cheap.

Hey Gord, it looks like you have one of the first sets off Emag panels I did. (Sharp edges and black anno)

I didn't sell many of those, I ended up stripping the anno, smoothing out the edges and switched to powder coating. I was real put out with the anno guy. The newer ones are much nicer on the hands. Those Emag panels were the first product I made.

The molds for the Emag panels were some of my very first pieces I ever machined, I had only been machining about a month when I did those.

You are FAR to picky. The anno was very good, just flat black. And the sharp edges are fine if you wear gloves. The new ones, are, um, well, there just shiny. :wow:

Those annoed panels would look great on a dust tac one. I guess we now know why you powder coat instead of having the annoed. ;)

Here's mine. By keeping the tank off the gun, and flipping one of the mounting brackets around, I was able to keep the hopper really close to the body, and it's back a little so the hose doesn't have to do anything too abrupt. maybe trim the neck down, then put tape on it. then loosen the screws holding the warp together and put the hopper in. then lastly tighten the screws holding the warp together.

it worked very nicely with my revvy, except i didn't trim it.

I just put a feedneck in my warp and put the hopper into the feedneck

Holds it so tight I can't remove it without unscrewing the warp a little

I don't call a 100 ft shot sniping, and i prefer a kill instead of shooting them from the front or back. (altho shooting them in the back is kinda fun) But, the red dot helps my game alot tho... Looking down the barrel is not as accurate as looking down a red dot scope. And because this one does not have any magnification, i can keep my other eye open to see what's going on.

For longballs it is great, just point above your target an throw some paint, if you got the elevation right, they are in trouble. And for bingo-ing somebody it is also great, point and shoot. :D One of my friends did not particulary like this newly adopted ability, since i bingo-ed him 2 shots on the head. (not my intention tho) Well, atleast i could walk next to him to the safe zone, because i got bingo-ed by a flanker in turn. :)

Then why does a local shop add a pair of olive reloader B shells for free to my order requesting i should camo paint them? They even did'nt care what kind of camo, they only told me to paint camo on it.

My **** is custom, i play with a mag, do all my own painting and i love playing with it! :)

Don't listen to anyone bro. You should never fit the gun the gun should fit you. If I listened to my friends I would have a $1400.00 ego or ****ty Ion(upgraded). But instead I built my Emag from the ground up and it feels way better than any other gun to me. Shoot I love it when more people ask me about my 5+ year old Emag than my friends Ego. ;)

None taken. My previous post was maybe a bit harsh due to alot of alcohol in my blood last night, so don't take my ranting to seriously. :cheers:

The white (grey) hose is gonna go, and yes i don't like it either. But untill i have some black hose, it'll stay on there. A friend of mine suggested i should get black halo shells, i must admit that will look alot better, but also makes my black gun stand out even more when im sneaking through the weeds.

Rudz, you owe A Tach a Clare Poster. I originally had a viagra blue xmag and my black emag, i fooled around with the internals of the emag in the xmag. Then sold the blue xmag shell. Then i bought that broken Purple one (BY BABY AND FOREVER KEEPER) and modded and fixed her all up one of a kind. Then i saw the deal on ebay for the xmag bought it and sold it for a few bucks. I own only two markers today, which is an all time low from the all time high of 40 at one point. My Purple Xmag, and a Ugly Sister Phantom. :)

This is 1 of my warped style mags. Z-Body feedneck flipped and milled to function sim to a warp right. RT Pro Rail modded to accept a direct mount for a cut down mounting bracket of Q-Loader to create a tight low profile. Q-Loader also functions nicely as a front grip.

Well the Warp feed was nice, but the whole reason I wanted the Mag was for foul weather. The Warp and the loader on top of it both have boards so I got a new loader for her.
