While here in the office, i've realized that i have a real hard time lifting this box of 45 paperclips... it weighs a whole 1.5 oz... Does anyone have any routines they could share to help build up arm strength?

Man up and swap your pansy ULF for an anvil of an Intelliframe, candyass.

walk down the street and find someone to punch in the face until police show up.
i usually do between 2-3 reps a day.

Get a pair of barbells and do some freeweight training. Cheap and easy, and you can find exercises on Google.
If I owned a house or apartment I'd get myself a Bowflex. Cheaper than a gym membership, convenient to use, and the fact that I'd be constantly paying for it would make me feel the need to use it.
