ok i was looking at a post about automags and how they are they are so good to work with and upgrades are endless. So i was thinking to myself if there can be anyway of putting a E-Blade on a mag, classic, mini etc. So if any one can give me info on this let me know. If anyone has done this LMK. if so post up.

Cheers, sean

Do you know how a spyder and autococker work?

To fire a cocker you have to both release the sear and actuate the 3-way.

The eblade has the same function as a spyder frame in addition to actuating an electronic 3-way.

Obviously the electronic 3-way means nothing to a mag, so who would want to throw away half the functionality of the eblade just to see it on the bottom of a mag? :tard:

Just throw a Dye Ultralite 45 on there... :D

Like many customizable aftermarket boards like the mini morlock and such, they have dual solenoid support... that’s all the e-blade is, dual solenoid support... sear and three way.

I do think I have seen someone do such a conversion, but it required some modifying that was a bit more difficult than the spyder frame. run a search, it was within the last 4 months.

HA HA we saw the DMV... would a mag be DMX?

Don't know if the lines would flow very well - maybe a DM6 frame on a Dallara/Karta setup? :wow:
Any photoshop wizards want to help us out here...???

Technically, you can bolt the Eblade on to the mag rail. Seen it done. (The PBX Q Valve for the mag- PROTOTYPE & PROOF OF CONCEPT ONLY)

So in essence the mag valve was removed and the mQ valve was retrofitted to the mag. Used an Eblade to make it work. Hasn't gotten past that though.

The problem is the type of solenoid in the Eblade isn't the kind the Mag uses to push the on/off pin. You want something like a hyperframe.

so seeing a picture of it means it can be done?? :tard:

i think it would technically be possible just because its the same concept, a sear tripper. si what if we throw away half the functionality, isnt an eblade faster/more reliable than a spyder frame? i have no personal expierence with the E's, but i know how the spyder works, and if they are the same i say why not, so whos got an eblade to use?

i ment by pictures only because maybe we could see what it looks like esembled to get a clear idea? but maybe this can work?

It's going to look like an Eblade trigger frame on a mag rail. Mags & cockers share the same bolt pattern for grip frames.

Not tough to picture.

Get it to work? Tough.

I want to see a Dye Ultralite 45 on a Dallara rail/body - I think that would look pretty good.
