power tube tip

got my parts kit from tunaman, got all the other orings replaced but i cant get that f-ing power tube tip oring on, is there some kind of trick to it? i even tried stretching it on a 7.62x39 case overnight with no effect :(

Its a static oring anyway. It only holds the Tip from coming loose. You never have to change that one....
