javelin anybody??

So I just got back from my track meet and it was one of the funnier high school activities I've been in. I threw a 111 in jav and got 6th (that’s pretty good for my age).I've found one of the few upsides (BBQ, no agg kids, and good schooling) to living in kansas is that we are like one of the 4 or 8 states that can throw a jav. Just wondering if anybody threw javelin in college or back in the day?
/please no javelin jokes, I’ve heard them all :shooting: :D
