I picked up a Dye nickel-plated frame recently, and I decided to cannabalize a friend's Spyder's .45 panels for it. Unfortunately, the screws from the Spyder were much to small for the Dye frame. I don't have any other frame available to reference.

Does Dye use a larger screw size, or does Spyder use smaller?

Take the frame with you to Ace Hardware.
They have these little drawers with every size screw known to man.
I have gotten tons of paintball parts like this from them.

I believe the spyder screws are metric while dye's are standard.

The Dye frame does use larger screws. I had to pick up mine at a hardware store.

The dye frame uses the same screws found in the package with stickies......I know many people have a few of these laying around.

If I remember correctly, mine actually had two sets of holes on the side on the spyder frame. One was larger and one set was smaller. Mine also has two sets of holes drilled on the bottom. One for a standard bottomline and the other was spyder offset.

I love that frame on my Spyder. The set screw is awesome.... :D

My two Dye single trigger frames must have been altered then because they both do not take the same screws found with the stickies.

I have the double frame; I don't know if that's any different.
