what do you think? this is for our up and coming 7man NEPL/NPPL D3 team.. I made one slight change -- i centered the bottom text to match the upper text.

I agree, looks much better that way, without the DC Factory text overlapping massachusetts. I might even consider going less busy on the upper text, a little less fuzzy/scratchiness around the outside.
