Im no expert, but I belive that it will work fine. The Hyperframes originaly went on Classic valves, which had a much harder pull. With a ULT, you would be easing the work that the solenoid does.

Also, check out this (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=79328&page=1&pp=30)

I think you are going to need an ULT. Centerflag made an on/off assembly for use with the classic valve to decrease the pull weight. If the xvalve does work with out the ULT its going to use more battery power for the solenoid to trip the sear. Get the ULT, i've got a 20bps hyperframe w/ xvalve & ULT and it works great.

It will work but as it has been mentioned the ULT allows for better performance & battery life. I'm running the stock on off at the moment.
