If it can be imagined , it can be realized......

Imagination included at no additional charge.

Not currently taking in work.

How I'm going to handle this since my PM box fills up in like 2 minutes is ..... Please send questions and pricing inquiries to :

Jay@FirebladeCustoms.Com

FirebladeCustoms@Yahoo.Com

I'll answer questions and such here and post pics and other requests. Beyond that , email me with details and I'll put together a price quote.

I'm either experienced or authorized to work on (and in most cases adealer for) pretty much every major manufacturer so feel free to ask about anything other than AGD products.

Below are just a few examples of work that I happen to have pics for. Anything from ground up customs , to scratch built complete markers and anything in between. Tuning , setup , programming whatever.

I will 'estimate' turn around on most basic work to be 2-3 weeks from when I recieve it ,that doesn't include anno. Anno I send out and won't take responsibility for on time frames. More complex jobs I will estimate based on the job.

Oh , and FYI.....at this time will not take Anno only jobs. I'm not an annodizer.

So , that's it in a nutshell. Anything else you need to know.....ask and we'll see how this goes.

Depends on if you still want it to look like an Xmag. :)

There's not a whole lot of excess there due to the breach design and such. Everything else left there is why it looks like an Xmag.

What type of rail do you perfer when you make a custom rail? Also what kind of rail is on that Emag in the first post?
Edit: I know you coustom milled it but what was it originally?

RRfireblade
06-08-2006, 06:38 AM
That one is a stock Emag rail. Those and Tac rails have the most meat on them and 'in' them for milling. The ULE'd rails are pretty hollow so you can't really do much milling with depth.

Had a quick question on cost of a custom trigger, relatively easy trigger, but needs a stop screw threaded for a old intelli on my backup mag.

Also looking to lighten up that raid significantly and curious of how much can be chopped out, and any styling that could be easily done. I'll try and catch you on AIM.

I'll go check and send it again.

Not sure about the pics , seems like the ones on Uploadit servers. They must be done today or something.

Dark:

I'm not yet set up for threading feednecks so it'd have to be built off and existing neck or an angel threaded warp feed neck if you can track one down.

Krazy :

Not sure if the email I got was from you that I replied too. I fnot shoot me one over there and we'll talk details. Thanks.

Last gun I ever plan on owning unless technology drastically changes and it wont work anymore!! Might as well personalize it and make it my own, completely distinguishable from anyone elses.

Was thinking.... red Lexan sheets inside the battery pack, and mill through the outside of the pack? Would that be possible you think, or not enough room in the battery pack for the Lexan?

Yes I did recieve it.

Here's an update for everyone along with an appology.

I just got back from out of state dealing with a family emergency which cost me at least a week worth of time on the machines. :(

In addition to that , I apparently way under estimated the demand for my services (pretty hard to complain about that tho huh. :D ) and have had WAY too much work show up. I've been trying to knock it out in the order in which work showed up on my door step but in a nut shell , that ain't cutting it by a long shot. So....

I'm behind......a tad. ;)

This week I will do my best to catch up and get everyone back on track. If I haven't yet (there are like 200+) responded to your email I will in the next day or so and get everyone an update and ETA on thier work , to the best of my ability.

Again , I appologize. I just didn't prepare properly for the amount of work I took in and will not let that happen again.

Lastly ,

Until I get caught up and post so here , I'm going to hold off on any more incoming work.

Thanks for all your patience and understanding.

Jay.

Well , getting caught up some.

As for your question , I'm not planning one selling rails outright. That milling needs to be done on 'non' ULE rails and I just don't have a big supply myself. If you can supply the rails we can go from there.

Thanks a bunch.

Yes, an un-ULE stock rail it must be.

Do you have a website of some sort? I'm kind of curious, what kind of milling could you do to a ULE body? How about a slug body? Also, can you do any anno or powdercoating?

No website , I'm already getting more work than I can handle as a one man part time operation with just a couple of threads posted here and there.

The ULE is just a tube so your options or basically cuting it down or adding a window.

Slug bodies are pretty much a blank canvas , my biggest restriction is I'm only using manual machines so I don't really do 3D complex curves and shapes. I can to a cerain degreee but it's limited.

I also don't do any in house anno so except on full customs or rare exceptions , I try not to be that middle man on that. There are just to many ways to upset a customer in that kind of relationship. :)

Could you engrave or mill emblems onto an Emag battery pack? I'm thinking of like the Redskins logo . . .

At least you're good about not taking on too much more than you can handle and getting craploads of people pissed off at you like SOME OTHER online airsmiths... :)

Will a classic RT Rail work in stead of a non-ULE'd e-mag rail, to make the one like in your first picture? It is for an E-Mag, and I would like some minor changes done compared to the one in the pic. I know you are backed up, but I am not in a rush, so LMK when you get time.

Thanks

I'm interested in a Phantom undercocking kit. Are you able to do custom barrels? I have an idea I'd love to see come to happen, but I don't have the means of doing it myself...

Any chance you could post up some pics of the work you have been doing? Small stuff, big projects, whatever. Always looking for new ideas

I'll add a few new things up front , guess I shoulda held a few more posts on page one. :D

The Phantom stuff is new. I really don't like to post pics of customers guns , I don't like to steal their thunder. They should get to show it off as thier own IMO.

I can build complete barrels from scratch I just don't often anymore cause I'm not as close to where those machines are as I used to be. :) I can but only at my convenience.

I also can do a variety of rifling and such for those who like that as well.

Im wondering if you can replace a micro vert feedneck with a clamping one. Maybe tap for angel threads, or set similar to the xmag breeches you do?

Get some shots of the split top and scallop underside on My X-Mag to throw up there under the Minor Massaging section of the pictures.

Any progress on it,, or still a pile-o-parts? Can you get me a part number and manufacturer name off of the funky QD I have on there? I want to find out if a shop 2 blocks from my new office carried those or not, they look nicer than the standard ones.

Thanks

Just got back from a long over due vacation , getting back geared up and hopefully fully caught up so . . .

Many of you my be interested to hear that Fireblade Customs and Manufacturing may soon be a full time gig. (fingers crossed)

To everyone who is currently waiting on work to be completed , if you haven't specifically heard from me very recently , I will be getting all but the 'long termers' done in the coming week or so. Then I hope to be open for regular requests and work including product lines branded by Fireblade Customs as well and manufactured and branded for others.

Stay tuned for some pretty cool stuff to come.

Thanks.
