"MAG" of the month contest...that means MAGS of any kind, only

I want to see some kick butt mags ! ! !

I will do it every month there seems to be continued interest , voting in the last week of each month, new contest on the first-ish of each month.

Near the end of the month I will narrow it down to a Final 5 (or how ever many I think are worthy) and open a public voting poll to pick the winner.


Rules:

1) Must be your Mag and NOT for sale during the month of the contest.

2) I don't care how great or sucky your pictures are, it's a gun contest not a photogenic prize.

3) 2 pictures MAX , NO GIANT WALLPAPER sized pictures....post a link if you need to. I'm the only one voting at this time so no need to 'impress' the masses....yet.

A euro-xmag in gloss black, and all the feednecks. This one is equiped with a emag valve with serial EM01840, (previous owner M.Don) Software 3.2, Dye on/off/rail, and a quick disconnect. (not pictured) The barrel in the picture is a emag barrel i think, but i also have a 12" lapco snapshot, and a redz pepperstick with 14" and 16" fronts that look pretty good on this marker. :)

It's kinda funny, I only gave this mag a passing glance when I first saw it. For some odd reason, I now can't stop looking at it.

I just recieved this one from Brian Terry, I tried but my camera can not do this body justice. The anno is a black/silver acid wash that is in very good shape. With the lines and the anno, I like it better then a karta body! Here are the specs on the gun:

Custom body milled from a Slug body
Emax valve #1983 (the year I was born)
ULE Emag rail
Non ULE emag lowers with version 1.1 software (switching with ULE lowers latter)
Emag battery housing with the crossfire logo lazer engraved into it.

The color is slightly off as the CP drop is nickel and the rest of the marker is chrome. In person the color difference is barely noticeable; but with the magic of photography it does look more pronounced in the picture.

Wouldnt the Chrome throw of tolerances? Id get this done to my ion but i figured itd mess to many things up. I decided to go with all gloss wilver ano and although i like it its not near as shiney as the chrome.

I was concerned about tolerences as well, but the chrome is .??? something thick so no it had no effect. Also you have to watch where the chrome is placed, example I did not chrome the stainless steel bushing where the bolt slides through for that very reason.

the black x valve gives the colors a nice accent, maybe a tad to much. but its still accents the gun well with the grips and so forth. i like it the way it is, i still demand its own thread with more pics under different lighting situations

hehe, well its not heavy anymore, it currently has a recon rail and ule lowers on it. That lightened it up quiet a bit. The trigger does need a little work, but I am going to put a tl63 trigger on it and shim it up, that should help out a ton, I also have an xmod programer on the way. I will be sure to save the 1.1 software before I flash it though of course. ;)

It's an 18" Dye Titanium Boomstick may seem long but I play back and I do it well, it is extremely accurate.
