I'd like to say a couple things to everyone.

1. Tom you are the man!

2. This is the most helpful and supportive forum i have ever seen!

3. Thank You to everyone for Reppin the Mag.

I have owned just about every gun on the market thats non-electro and a Warped Sportz Dark Angel. I've been playing and working on guns for about 9 years now. The best gun I have ever owned I just got about 3 months ago, my automag. I am rapidly upgrading it and by the end of this week I expect to have pics up of its gloriousness. Anyway I used to be a moderator on paintballforum.com, and I just can't say how great this online community is. Most forums are just places to flame people and are absolutley useless for any bit of knowledgeable information. Here at AO everyone keeps flaming to a minimum and just about everyone knows what they are talking aobut. Theres tons of informative posts and extremely useful information. I have never really taken pride in an online community, so I'd just like to say that I'm a prud member of AO and thanks to all for being so helpful!

I know I haven't had my mag long enough to be considered a 'mag pro', but that day is coming quickly. I will never get rid of my mag, unless I decide to build another new one. Mag for life!

Tom I'd like to thank you as well. Its not everyday people that you get to talk to a legend. I am impressed that you take time out of your day to hit up the forums. I'd like to shake your hand someday. Thanks for the Creed too!

does anyone have a pic of the logo, I want to put it on the side of my mag.

alright well I've gone on long enough. To all the mag owners, you rock! Lets show everyone how badass we truly are! :headbang:

curse? I did no such thing. I did however heavily insinuate it. I intentionally put the special characters in place of certain letters so that I would not acutally type such words.

I know that you can't tell tone on the net and usually people automatically think that the other person is being rude, so with that said I am saying all this in the friendliest and most polite manner possible.

Though you didn't come across as rude at all, you did seem kinda harsh and ready to temp ban me. I'm just an excited mag fan/owner and have no intention of causing any trouble. As my membership continues here, you will see that not only do I not flame people, curse, or cause any kind of trouble, but my responses to questions are well though out, non-biased and very helpful.

As for my incident, I apologize for putting up random special characters insinuating cursing. I assure you it will not be done again.
Thanks for the warning,
Mag Guy

Thanks for the warning,
Mag GuyHere. Read the rules:
GENERAL RULES
• No cussing
• No racial, religious, or sexually inflammatory language
• Avoid topics containing religious, racial, or political discussion (they are the top three flame starting toipcs)
• No "hitting" on other members of the channel - they are here for paintball, not for a date
• Do not type in all caps - it means you are shouting
• Do not use excessive colors, bold letters, or ASCII characters
• Do not try to circumvent the cuss filters by using spaces or other characters
• Do not spam or flood the channel with repeated statements or questions
• Do not ask to be a moderator
• Do not exhibit disruptive behavior
• Post topics under their respective forum. For example, a tech question goes in the Tech Forum
• Do not post the same topic in multiple forms
• Off topic posts are allowed, but they must be reasonable and civil, and in the "Friendly Corner"
• Do not threaten or "flame" members of the board
• Do not try to circumvent a ban placed on you
• YOU are responsible for images you post or attach on this site. Keep them 800x600 max. Some websites (like angelfire) will not allow you to directly linke images from thier site. Some websites (like somethingawful.com) will replace the linked image with a pornographic one. You will be held responsible if that happens.
• There will be NO advertising for the various schemes and free items on the internet. This includes "pyramid" type advertising (where you tell 5 people and if they tell 5 people you get a free Ipod etc). If this is your first post you will probably be banned as you just came onto the forum to spam. If you are an active member you will be warned, follwed by a ban if you continue to post these types of messages.
• Raffles for painball markers or other merchandise is prohibited. Raffles for a legitamate charity or company will be allowed if pre-approved by one of the Administrators. These, however, must be run on thier own site, but an announcement may be made ONCE in "Paintball Talk". Private or personal raffles will never be approved.
No harm meant I am sure. Now you know. ;)

lol, thanks for the rules post, but i already read them before I posted for the first time. The rule that you bolded, in a stretched way, fits your definition of breaking the rule. The rule: "Do not try to circumvent the cuss filters by using spaces or other characters" was not broken. This rule, when normally interpreted, means using space or any character(s) to make it look like the actualy word.

For example:
Using /\/ for n
( for c
4 for a
5 or $ for s...the list goes on and on

What I did was censor what I typed myself so that I would not get in trouble for cursing or get in trouble for tripping the web censoring mechanism. Next time, if I must censor myself, I'll use all one character like "*" similarly used when someone gives out a website.

Thx for all the info tho dude. :headbang:
