Who sells a complete LX parts kit?

I was looking on the store and noticed you can buy each spacer and the shims and springs, etc...., but does anyone sell the parts as a (reasonably priced) kit?

I am getting a Tac One w/o the lx parts and its leaking.

I've got a complete kit, you want it without the bolt, but with everything else, correct? (all 3 springs, all spacers, 4 shims?)
