how do you find service mode....

How do you find/access the service mode on a hyperframe? anybody know, please tell me so i can relay the info to buddy..........

when it's powered off you want to hold down the power button and keep it held down and then while pressing in the power button press and hold the other button at the same time... it will bring up service mode...pretty much hold both at the same time :)

starting from the off position of course :)
