The short of it, I'm waiting on a recon rail from rogue and some set screws and drill bits and tap's from various online hardware stores (hardwarestore.com for taps and Amazon ->Small Parts for set screws). I should have all parts by this friday. I got the splinter trigger from tunaman, ss piston from luke.

I've measured everything with a pretty precise ruler as you can see from the picture outline that I drew. I'm going to use a dial calipher* when I get home this friday, Im at college right now therefore I should have this mod done within 3 weeks

From what I measured, I can't drill tap 1/8th the stock RT Pro Vertical ASA adap just not possible, it goes right thru where the set screw is and it won't have a seal

I am going to try to do this mod like Wassupstranger67's Logic'd mag. Putting the MPA-3 inline with the Fabco MSV-1 with a QEV in the bottom of the intelli frame. My main problem that I may run into is that right under the safety pin that I won't have, the MSV-1 hopefully will sit right in but there will be about .75 mm of clearance on either... If I get it in, so much for cosmetics.

For the QEV, I fit a 3/56 barb into the male 10-32 but switched to just a 10-32 nut to hold 2 10-32 male ends of the barb and QEV. I am using 1/16 tubing so its tight on the barbs. The MPA-3 will have a low profile 10-32 screw to block it and Im going to drill into the bottom of it

Im leaving the ledge that the sear arm rests on so I can always come back to just mechanical.

I am doing all these mod's by hand(for drill taps), a dremel(for shaving off) and most of the labor with a hand drill. I've drilled holes into my RTP rail before for the forgrip that came out nicely and I can work a dremel pretty well. Wish me luck! and thanks for reading.

P.S. For those looking to put this mod into the Intelliframe, you will have to drill into the front of your grip if you want to put a MSV-2 in and drill another hole into the intelliframe bracket theres just no possible way it'll fit with out it.

Oh, added I am planning to use no rod between the trigger and the pin of the MSV-1, rather I am going to shave down the hook of the trigger to actuate the pin and use trigger stops

So I won't have a safety... Im gonna try to find alternatives like drill a hole in to the back of my intelliframe on the side so maybe I can put a pin in right before where I am planning the sear limiter to be

You guys might find this extremely interesting

The last part I am going to look into, the MTV 3, basically it just cuts air to your valve so Presto! no air goes into your Pnuematics and no misfiring!

3 things...

Red Locktite :nono: It's too strong for such little screws. Go with a teeny dot of blue locktite

You dont need a safety.

don't worry about the lpr drill/tap going into the VA screw hole. When you attach the va to the rail, just fill the hole with epoxy before you screw it in and le it set before using it. How often do you take the VA off the rail anyhow?

PS - I put an MSV-2 into an I frame 2 weeks ago very easily

that's blue Medium strength loctite :) , I need a safety, I've been playing long enough and I ride ambulances, seen way too many eye trauma's. You wouldnt play a game with out a mask right? thats safety, hell I wear almost as much safety in an ambulance as I do in a game haha ! my shin gaurds steel toed boots and cup, and the occasional spit cover for the patient thats intox

I may very well look into the epoxy idea, I thought about using BuNa? gaskets but didnt feel it would hold a good seal with the 10-32 threads, thanks mano!!!

Alot of guns don't have functional safeties - coughIONScoughcough

Buna gaskets don't hold at all. :( I've tried

And it doesn't leak at all? I may have to do this...
