What kind of frame do you prefer? 45 (intelliframe, benchmark), 90 (logic, rouge), Y/Z frame, or a cross between 45 and 90 (logic UMF).

But an intelliframe gets the job done too.

Now that I have used a 45, hybrid and Y I can say that the Y is the best on a mech gun and the hybrid is kick ace on a electro. Mainly because on a mech I actually hold my hand all the way around the frame. On electro I mainly use the snach grip or like area and my other hand to hold the gun. I will vote Y though because its the one I like on the mag the most.

I've never used a hybrid so i'll leave it out. so in order:

vert
y-grip
intelli
z-grip

1st choice Y grip
2nd choice Y grip
3rd choice y grip

Basicly the Y is the most comfortable. I always said it looked stupid, and would never own one, but after trying one I now have 3, and am selling all of my I-frames (except for my wifes. I havent converted her yet :D )

I have never tried the vert (on a mag), or Z, but as soon as I find a decent priced Z im in.

.45. Nothing else feels right when I'm shooting and it becomes a distraction. To me all my equipment is very similar, it feels right, and when things dont feel right they become a distraction to me. I think during a game, a lot, and distractions really hurt my game.

Say it isn't so. I have the same opinion. This must be a first.

I'd say the Y Grip cause I tend to play in a really tight position, but it seems to be really hard to shoot with only one hand when your other is needed to carry something.

So I'll stick with my 45 :D.

I'm a 45 guy, though I've never played with a Z/Y or hybrid vert frame. Vert frames just end up with me shooting the ground infront of me.

i've got the rpg chimera, my setup has never been tighter. and i dont even have a drop. it deffinatly gives me a balance between aimming and feeling my shot. love it, greatest thing to happen to my mag.

for a tight setup - z-grip. For scenario/rec with stock/shoulder rest - 45 frame/intelli.

as for 90 degrees and UMF's i wish i'd used one before.

I loved my Zgrip when I had it  but also think the UMF looks pretty sweet and would be willing to pick it up if they every come back for sell.45s are ok and doesnt bother me and the 90 ive never used but will give it a try. Oh yeah and the Ys look desent but I still favor the Z.
