I use a Mini drop. Usually a nice Dye Mini drop, although I did use one from a Torid X for a long time. It brings the tank to a perfect position that I can comfortably shoulder it.

And thats not an I3, thats the regular Invision.

Depends on a series of things
How long your arms are
How big of a tank you are shooting
The position you are comfortable shooting from
Lots of things

I don't think thats an I3, its the original version. I used Invisions for the past two year untill I switched to vents. Mine never (really) even in the most humid conditions. They are a good mask, I'd suggest it if you like a mask that sits close to the face.

Drops have really just a fad thing it seems like. The 'in' drops to use now adays are pretty much rails. They drop the tank maybe 1" and dont move it forward at all. It used to be like kapp dropzones and just huge drops. I think the shocktech drop forwards were pretty much the standard for a while. http://www.shocktechusa.com/pages/drop_forwards/mp_drpfwd_five.htm
That one I believe, its a newer version but same thing pretty much.
Basically it just depends on how you like your gun balenced, and your style of play.
I've just been using a ducktail asa bolted right on my Ygrip over the past few years, but then again my Ygrip is pretty much the same thing as a drop forward.

I really like the looks of drop #3 in the link that personman posted. It looks to be the most balenced of the ones they offer if you want a real drop forward.

I like the first one the best, nice balance with a 68 tank. The smaller second one works well with the Y grip. The third is a benchmark offset which is a little different but allows you to offset the tank to one side or the other. I seems a little more comfortable.

Was it the part that corrected the bottom of the mask to the lense frame? Is so, that piece can be broken very easily. You have to be very careful then you take them a part.

I don't like the IR3 goggles. Field of view isn't what Id like and they don't protect my chin enough. I get wacked in the chin and the neck a great deal more using these goggles.
Drops I like CPs stuff. Currently using a micro razor. It just clears my 68/45K. Works very well with a 68 bottle on a mag. Makes for a pretty tight unit.

I use a dye minidrop on a vert frame. it puts my 88/4500 under there nicely. Enough tank sticking out to shoulder/cradle, but balanced ehough for run'n'gun and snap shooting. I tend to post up more and shoot from the top of a bunker than snap shooting though - and this style drop does this well for me. Pic below.

I also used to put a kap DZIII on and it could drop an entire 90/3000 below my mag with less than an inch hanging out the back.
