assuming he has a classic valve, he should try to find a 13 bps hyperframe WITH the centerflag on/off. thats going to be the cheapest way to get some significant speed, other than just getting a double trigger frame. otherwise there is no real easy or cheap way to get speed. he could look into an x-valve with ult, then get a hyperframe or spydermag conversion, or anything else already listed.

A pneumatic frame can be homeade for about $50 with the right tools. Or they can be bought cheaper than hyperframe. They work great with classic valves too.

Which of the two people using that screen name is it though? Hmm? You haven't seen my baby since I got her working. Y frame intelli to warp. Rips about 10+ bps if she has to.

Dude, mags are slow and outdated. Maybe good for rec woodsball, but not in airball. They don't even have eyes or ramping. Save up and get an ego.

the most impressive mag i ever saw had an xvalve, Chimera frame with trigger stops, and a ULT. He was able to tune the ULT and get the trigger stops just right, he was able to tap into a lot of the potential of the mag without going the more exotic "pneuframe" route.

its just something to consider.

I've always thought that'd be the coolest thing to have a custom shell made for a mag, and have the rail chopped down a bit to accept it.

and the stock ion board i belive tops at 17 doesnt it? anyhow, id love to see your ion be faster than a mag.... you claim 20, sure, it can be done, but its not legal, and since its not legal, this is fair game

34bps on a mag, yes its not a classic valve but its still old.
