I have a Tac one with X-valve and I can't rapid fire. The velocity is consistent 273-277. When I try to rapid fire it begins to starve itself with air. What should I do? Should I replace the foregrip with a regulator?

Please help? Have a game coming next week.

Do not add a regulator it'll make your problem worse. If you use an adjustable tank and set it above 875 psi your reactivity will increase. The higher you go the faster the reactivity. For a cheap electro conversion go to lukescustoms.com and look at the spydermag mod.

What brand of regulator (tank) are you using?

I'm using a preset 3A-paintball 68/4500 HPA.

Thanks for the link. I was impressed. Question can I use my preset nitro tank with this mod or do I need to get an adjustable tank?

3A-Paintball? That store went out of business with lots of people defrauded. It sounds to me like you have a bad regulator on your tank that's recharging too slowly. I'd see about putting the AGD Flatline regulator on it. The $175 cost includes the regulator and installation.

lol... :D yeah I know. I will think about the AGD flatline(very considered), but I like that Spyder ESP frame set up. Will do that first and if it fail. I'll go for the AGD flatline reg.

You don't need a adjustable tank with the spydermod conversion. Just use a 850 psi output tank. Short stocking is caused by you fingers riding the trigger and not letting the trigger to fully return/reset.
