recently got my hands on a free oh-mag (yes, free. got it for helping a blind guy get a new marker from the store i work in, and yes, he actually was blind)
I've looked it over and spotted some differences.

First off: Anno
this is limegreen with grey splashes and some light black sponge in it, havnet seen one like this before..
The body is stainless righthandfeed with a powerfeed adaptor (annomatched to the body). the front of the body seems shorter and have some holes drilled into it in the front where the barrel mloocks intop lace

Second off:
Venturibolt and on/off valve
this seems to be some earlie version of the z on/off but i have none to compare with and i dont have air to test it out untill tomorrow :(

What can you guys tell me of the Oh-mags? are there any other things that these badboys had other then the things i allready listed? how many were made etc... :)

No pics at the moment but they will be posted later in the week.

Not really a collectable, but a very interesting bit of paintabll history. Oh was an early diehard fanatic of Automags. Back in the early 90's, modifications of markers was accepted as needed by the paintballing community, for better performance and/or looks. Problem is, Oh wasn't a very good re-designer! Some of his "improvements" tended to make the 'Mag break down sooner than normal. He advocated filing and polishing the sear for a lighter/quicker trigger...which led to early sear failure, because the surface hardness had been removed.

I would keep it, play with it, brag that you have a real Oh Pawlak marker......to which everyone will say "huh? who's Oh Pawlak?"

With the blonde on his arm and his 114 ci tank under the stock...I think the decal on the side of the tank said "No talent , No skill just heart" or something. The pump arm up front because of some international rule somewhere..Some country didn't allow semi paintball guns...lol. I think that was the story anyway...so He had the pump arm stuck on front of it to cover the rule.

And Ohs Cheshire cat grin.

Lol, ahhh... Yeah, I spent to much time reading that rag....or looking at the ads

Here's a picture of my Predator Marketing/ Oh Pawlak Mag.
Mine might not be a Signature Series and does not have the milling on the rail seen on some Sigs.

The decal on the valve is blue. The Signature Series guns have a green sticker with Oh's sig.

I would love to get a matching powerfeed for it. I don't know if this one ever had one though.
The Eclipse or SP splash kits were a bit darker purple than mine judging from a duckbill that I got on Ebay from Barb's ( ANS).
I dig that the trigger itself is anno'd as well.

I had the rail milled for a pump kit ( the body was already).

Yeah, the mag i bought to give away had a sear like that, but that was it, the rest was normal.

Holy thread resurrection ?!?
Wow, i really need to look at dates, i didn't even realize that, i thought this was new, didn't realize target was a necromancer. Anyway i found something out i didn't know, that he owned the field i work at supposedly, which according to stories i've heard that doesn't seem at all right.

I did a search on "Pawlak" and saw the thread from Sept. I was thinking it was a couple of weeks old, not years :tard:

Anyway, I still want to see pictures of the OP's Mag ! :nono:

It may be an old thread but it still has some legs...

Hey Snoop.
Back in the day there was a Paintball Sams in California (don't know if it's still open) as well as Wisconsin. I think Oh was associated with the Cali field.

Yea thats it. My 1st Mag ever, only it had the stock frame on it not the one in the pic. I kinda wish i never got rid of it. And the Paintball Sams in California is now called Nfinite Edge Paintball so yea its still open just a new name. I go there once in a while.
