I got quite a surprise in the mail yesterday. The pump kit I ordered exactly two years one month and fifteen days ago was sitting in my mailbox. I was honestly speechless for at least 15 minutes. I had given up on getting my parts from the seller over a year and a half ago after several unsuccessful attempts at contacting them and various permutations of      :cuss: I had resigned myself to the fact that I would never have a pump kit for my trusty old KAPP cocker. I know paintball products are notorious for long lead times and project delays so I'd like to pose a question to you AO folks. What’s the longest you’ve ever had to wait for a paintball product you paid for?

I know all about the woes of the eMag Predator boards so feel free to say something about that here because I also had the pleasure of playing the waiting game for the Shocker board.

For my part it's an AA back... but it turned out to be a Freak back.

I ordered the AA from a shop that is 250 km away from me. But they didn't have it in stock. So I waited 2 months to get it!

When it finally arrived, it had a default. So I returned it, but the whole batch had the same default. So they just sent me a Freak back with an insert for no extra charge :D . But I received the SS cause they didn't have the Aluminium one in stock...

I think the delay was worth it at the end

Is? People were waiting for well over a year, and supposedly there are still people who have not gotten em yet. Horrible customer service.

So I guess you are really upset that he is actually selling them on Ebay then?

I waited about 3-4 months for my cras CF grip panels. When they arrived, I was confused... then was OH YEAH! I remember! I got happy.

On a side note... it took me about 3 weeks to convert a mag for someone once. I was pretty upset. It just seemed like problem after problem. :(

I think I had to wait at most about 2 months for my Karta body and rail. WELL worth the wait, of course. I think the guys who hold out on their TAG preorders will most likely be setting a new record.

Waited about 14 months for a barrel that never got made. I did get my money back, though, so no hard feelings. Airsmiths are few and overworked, it's just the way it is.

There's just too much work for too few people.

Not that it makes me want to try to get into such a thankless market...
