View Full Version : AO Car Show *Open Judging* (56k warning)

Yay! Everything's accounted for, and it's time to start voting! The other thread was very clustered, so I started a new one specifically for judging. Mods, I apologize for the size of this beast!

Well to start off, the competition was very close (as all hosts will say ;) ). There were many great entries, but a few stood out more than others. Our esteemed panel of judges have picked the following from each catagory, and now the AO poupulation will decide the winner of each catagory! And to liven things up, there will also be a Best in Show award, for the superest vehicle out there!

Rules:
- NO TEXT POSTS!!! I don't want to have to sift through random posts to find the votes. Compliment cars by voting for them. Insult cars by voting for the other guy!
- Each person will vote 1 time per catagory, and then cast 1 vote for their over-all favorite. A perfect ballot would look like this ("BIS" stands for "Best In Show"):

Cars:
Classic Cars:
Trucks/SUV:
Motorbikes:
Other:
BIS:

- Instead of the 5 days for judging I had thought of giving, I'll close Open Judging on the 30, giving you 10 days to vote! I'll post the final results on Halloween.

meh, why do i have to vote in every category? all i really cared about was the bike, it would make a more accurate result...

That's sad about TADR. I missed that thread.

However, I'm still gonna have to ask that there be no text posts.

I cleared up the Ducati mix up, and would prefer any future questions/corrections be PM'd to me.

Also, those who voted for just one, please edit your post to include 1 vote for each catagory. To make it easy, you can just copy and paste this ballot template:

Classic Cars:
Trucks/SUV:
Motorbikes:

The irony of this is that the closed competition is getting more replies than the open judging.

There are only 2.5 days left. Let's see some votes! Remember to use the above format! :)

Thats cause every onee knows Diesesl are infently better than any old gasser LOL.

Yeah im luaghing at it too ok. All honesty id never own a VW if it were not for the Diesels but i do respect the perfomance of the vr6s and 1.8t. I just have no usee for a car unless it can get significantly better milage than a 4 banger pickup truck (AKA 28-30mpg).

Like I said, a panel voted, and that's what won. Maybe it was the pic?

Anyway, votings closed. I'll tally 'em up and post a winner tomarrow.

P.S.
I didn't do a poll, because in the Tippmann forums, they seem to get borked up pretty fast. Force of habit.
