A lil lightpainting with a fun subject:

Single exposure. No Photoshop work (other then cropping and resizing). 376 second exposure.

very cool. you can really have some fun with BULB. was this done with a digi camera or 35mm? which model?
i was actually looking for my tri-pod to do that but with a different subject. awesome use of a glow stick. don't see too many people doing old school techniques like this, only photoshop. keep up the good photography.

Digital: Canon 1Ds mk2. 100mm f2 lens, stopped way down (f22 IIRC).
It's not a glowstick, but similar. There is a lot more to the lighting than just the background. I would say there were 15 seperate elements to the lighting. The background is just one.

i got to say that pro cameras bring in so much great colors. Canons got great lenses for sure, i use a nikon D50. :cheers:

Nice I really like that...I've done a little astro-photography but have never put long exposure times to use like that. Makes me get lots of ideas.
