when i was at my local pb store i got a chance to look at the spyder MR2 and found that a conversion could possiblelybe done with little milling needed. i found that the frame holes looked like the lined up, and the top is milled flat. i was just wondering if anyone has entetained the idea that this could be done easier than the spydermag conversions that are done today

I was thinking this earlier myself...

I've only seen pictures on the internet, but it looks like the conversion would be similar to the Fokus Frames I did...

Care to explain a little bit? What's the big difference between the Fokus frames and Spyder?

Due to the angle of the 'noid, the mod would be similar in design to the Fokus frame. The location and angle of the solenoid directly affects how the mod is approached.
But like I said "I’ve only seen pictures".

What about these, I've always wondered if this frame would be able to make it through a spydermag conversion:

Seems like it would be perfect for a milsim mag.
