AGD Flatline 68/4500

Ive seen this on the AGD store, and I was wondering if anyone knew when it will hit retailers. The main reason is because I know that it will be cheaper than 480, since the 68/3k is about 50 to 100 dollars cheaper most places than on the AGD store.
