Hi, I have and Automag 68 Classic and am doing some up-grading and modifying to it. One thing I would very much like to do is mount a ASA to the rail directly under the regulator body like I have seen in dozens of pictures. Yet I have never found anything addressing this. Is this a special rail that already had the standard two-hole mount on it? Or are they all custom jobs? I notice that on the top side of the rail (when the regulator body is removed) there appear to be two "dimples" in the rail which correspond to two holes in the regulator body... if I were to have two holes drilled in the rail, would I have to avoid these two "dimples"? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Laters!

Hey, thanks a lot dude. One more question though... aren't the dimples in the rail a different spacing than the standard two-hole mount? 1/2" VS 3/4"? I've never seen any ASA's or drops that have a 1/2" spacing. Thanks!
