View Full Version : I need ideas for a bill proposal
I need to propose a bill for my government class. I have about 8 ideas, but the implementation plan is freakin' impossible, and a lot of them cost an improbable amount of money.
I just need some ideas that would seem somethat feasible. It needs to be about 6-7 pages double spaced, but all I need is a starting point. I'm pretty good at rambling on and elaborating about almost nothing.
(I would try harder myself, but I'm right in the middle of 450 page(at least) portfolio on 2 Congressman)

I propose that all butts should be...pooped. Fart.
Propose Nukefest 06. Level the entire Middle East, North Korea, and possibly France if we have enough left over ordinance.

I'd investigate LIEburals and why they hate our freedoms.

Any hat not worn at a jaunty angle (28 degrees or more) will be conficated, burnt and replaced with a rabid wolverine.

Edweird - I sent you a PM.
SCpoloricker - I love you.
The rest of you - Uhh, thanks?
Make it legal for me to do wheelies on my motorcycle. Or do something with drinking and driving. Make a lower limit in populated areas, and increase it out in the sticks.

Ok here we go...
Arkansas(Article XIX), North Carolina(Article VI Section 8), Pennsylvania(Article 1 section 4), South Carolina(Article XVII Section 4), Tennessee(Article IX section 2), and Texas(Article 1 section 4) all have articles in their states constutions that infringe on the rights of atheists to at a minimum ability to hold public office, and at worst (arkansas) deny atheists the right to be deemed competent to testify in a court of law.
I would type them all out for you but I am at work and dont have the time now. They are argueably blue laws, but blue laws should not be part of the constution of the states that form america
