I don't think I've come across any threads of this sort using the search function

But what is the most compact air system? I'm looking for a compact reg for my 69/4500 bottle and it'd be nice if it was smaller. I know alot of the size has to do with the bottle, but there are many different regs out there including screw ins and the on/off style. Some screw ins are compact, but then you also have to figure in the lengeh of an ASA and/or drop.

That max flow mini preset looks like a nice compact reg. any thoughts?

who makes this "myth" reg... never heard of it.

Also, I already have a nice 68/4500 pure energy... I just want a smaller reg on it that's not 3" long and needs to be screwed into an ASA as well.

BTW, check out CP's site and peep the the new 45/45 stubby... it's like a softball with a reg sticking out  Sweet, but I think I'll wait 'till that drops in price.

MacDev tanks. Lightest on the market.

U.S. market maybe... in europe we have 68ci Stako tanks that weigh 750 grams/26,46 ounce. Only downside is they last only 5 years and cannot be rehydro-ed.

CP 48/45 bottle and Myth reg will definately be the smallest/most compact system.

Look at it this way fixel normally you buy a new tank anyway after 5 years so itīs not that bad. And now they are not so expensive as in the beginning. The lightest US setup will be the myth reg and cp bottle not too shure on the cp bottle

I havent tried the new myth reg yet, but the new CP regs... OMG

I have been using crossfire regs for a long time now because of their unbeatable recharge and flow rate. The CP tanks blow everything out of the water. The inital pressure drop off is tiny compared to other regs, and the flow rate is awsome, I have never had a tank drain so fast while draining it to do work with it.

The 48/4.5k is tiny. Like said it is like a softball with a reg. I almost say its too small for the way I shoot. Its like having a HUGE drop foward.
