BIGGEST PICTURE EVER!!!

That is really nice work, but I'm not a big fan of the color.

I agree, not a huge fan of yellow but the quality is there. Looks like sponge painting.

My fusion is on its way back to me, its supposed to be a red/black acid wash also, I cant wait to see it!

Cant say I like those paticular colors, but I do like the pattern of the acid wash!

Wow, things really do take a while to get here on AO dont they? lol

Pics of that DM were up a long time ago on PBN. Grunt even has it as his avvy on PBN (i think its his personal marker).

Although i dont like that ano at all really it looks high quality.

That was the first thought that popped in my head when I saw the picture. Always did like that ano, wasnt it known as the Banana ano? or maybe that was just the nickname for it, anys ways its a great ano job.

That would look killer if it were light blue on a black body.

Thanks guys,
That was at one time my personal DM5, I then got a Borg which I milled and ano'd, then a DM6 which I did little to, and now a DC machined EMAG.... which I have plans to do in hieroglyphics to with a "history lesson" theme. I am planning to do a hard line SS or otherwise air feed from on off to the valve in a pleasing style so that I do not have to worry on switching hands and getting caught on a air line feed. (Nit picky I know, and may sell kits of them at some point afterward if I can see if I can make it universal)

That was acid sponge technique, and it would have been better if Dye had used the same stock of aluminum from 05 to 06, but that would have been near impossible. Thus a few of the parts came out a little lighter in color. But the technique is solid. (I still dont get many requests for acid)
