So far thanks to everyones expert help I've been able to figure out that buying an older RT or RT Pro really isn't a bad option. Unfortunately I'm still a little confused between some of the myth vs. facts I've sort of heard. First of all is the actual RT valve different from the RT Pro valve? Lastly is there any BIG disadvantage to getting an RT over an RT Pro?

As alsways thanks for the help.

You can see the difference:

RT (http://www.airgun.com/museum/RT.htm)

RT Pro (http://www.airgun.com/museum/RTPRO.htm)

Main difference, the RT cannot accept newer upgrades like the rest of AGD's markers. IE: An X-Valve will not work in an RT, but in an RT Pro. This reason is because the way the valve fits into the body is different.

I say go ahead and get the RT.

Hope that helped.

The Intelliframe for the old school RT is drilled different. It has a larger field strip hole .
