I've used Polar Ice for a while outside and it seems to work the best out of every kind I've tried.

I used polar ice in my Emag the last couple days and it was awful. They decided to use the avantage shell which seems to be a big drawback in cold weather... since cold weather makes paint more brittle, it plays havoc with the new paints thin shell. I would break 1 in 75 balls with this stuff... When i switched to the old school big ball, everything was much better, since it used a harder shell... just my 2 cents...

Big Ball is the best I have found... I know when I used it like 2 summers ago it would bounce almost every time it was so hard.
