They are always late with the CPSA info. I have played CPSA for 4 years and it is the same every year. I would look for some info around the beginning of February. I really wish that they would put some more effort into running the series. It gets worse every year.

Im starting to really dislike cpsa, The badlandz series is the way to go.....

Badlandz is nice but 250.00 per event is too steep for some of my guys. I also like the fact that the CPSA is at different fields. CPSA does have a lot of issues that they need to address though. I would love to see the CPSA play a tournament at Badlandz. I know it will never happen but it would be cool

From the people I talk to, it seems like the Badlandz series is the next step up from the CPSA. Competition is a little stiffer, and the prizes are better.as compared to the CPSA, an extra $45 an event can hurt the pocketbook (especially if you don't get a prize)
Mixing up the fields is a definate plus in the CPSA while they do have their issues, it runs fairly smoothly.
For these reasons, I like the CPSA.

I have heard mixed reviews about the competition at the Badlandz series. I have also been told that sometimes they only have about 12 teams there. One of my new team mates played for a team that played the Badlandz series last year and he says that they never have a big turnout of teams. Each CPSA event bags about 40-50 teams. It think they would get a much bigger turnout if they brough the price down a bit. Some of my guys are in college and do not have much money to spend so getting together for the CPSA tournaments and practice is hard enough. I like the CPSA but they relly do need to fix some of the problems facing them. Reffing has to be the biggest problem and I do not like playing at OP and Wyldside. Those two fields are not big enough to host a tournament the size of the CPSA. CPX, Fox Paintball, Friendly Fire, and Sudden Impact can handle it just fine.
