Photoshop isn't free.

Try this:

Would I be able to create a custom graphic in that^?
What about an older version of photoshop... like 7?

you may be more interested in illustrator or programs like that. you could pick up an older version of any of the adobe software off of ebay for cheap

Here's what you can do, and I'm pretty sure it's legal.

Get BitComet or similar torrent tracking software. Find a photoshop torrent on thepiratebay.org or torrentspy.com. Download it. You'll have a 30 day trial period when you download it. It would only be illigal if you used a keycode generator or crack.

follow?

Any retail software you get from those websites will be pirated. Adobe already offers free trials as well.

If you can't do it by hand, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other software of the type won't help. Most likely it'll be harder for you to do what you want.

Print the image, and throw it in a copier, enlarging it by 25% a few times until it's the size you want The throw some tracing paper over it so you can copy a version with smooth lines, scan that, and you're done.

I guess so... I don't normally worry about the legality of these things. :argh:

I didn't realize the trial could be gotten from the adobe website. Why not just do that?

I am definately not above that. :argh:
It's been done before.

I am now trying to download the trial version of Photoshop.
I haven't found Corel Illustrator yet.

Can Gimp do it all?

Adobe Illustrator.

Corel makes CorelDRAW.

Those are the two big vector-based graphics programs. I've never met a graphics artist who liked CorelDRAW better than Illustrator. So stick to Adobe.

Re-sizing images and adding "O RLY?" to macros isn't "Do it all."

just download gimp, its a good program. make that image about 4 times larger, then create a new layer, and use the pen tool to recreate that image. then delete the background image.

For real basic stuff www.freeserifsoftware.com has a draw program that works quite well ,is truly free and is easy to use.

I have PC and Corels full suite but for quick and easy , that works quite well.
