Add cape and snazzy boots and you are all set!!!

Is this chest protector legal to wear in tournaments even?

The lowers, I could see if you want sliding short and knee pads but all that padding?

Dang look at that, an eight pack.

I guess it's legal if who ever makes this product also sponsors the tournaments.

Legal in SOME tour stuff.
Remember ...not ALL people on the field are playing...Refs,Photo etc.
Id wear this stuff for reffing and such...talk about being superman.

Well actually I wear that and it is very comfortable. I know I will get flamed for this but I wore it to bed friday night and in the morning I got up with alot of energy and motivation. I put my jersey and pants over it and was literally unstoppable the whole day. I also slept very comfortably with them. I don't have a girlfriend now, but if I did I'm pretty sure she would dig it very much.

reminds me more of Batman, just add ears to your black mask and wear a bright yellow pod pack...

This is more for wearing under your gear...this is nothing new.

A lot of tournament series have rules twoards no excessive padding(or something along those lines)..I beilieve this would fall under excessive..

That doesnt look like it would really stop breaks though, just lessen the marks on your body. I mean, jersys stop breaks more than anything if they hang loose. With such low impact space (being like semi-spansex or something) i wouldnt think that balls would break any less on it. Although, playing tactical i wore a night desert camo jacket (the old digital stuff that didnt really work) with a liner, and nothing would break on me. It was cheap, but fun the first time i used it. Too bad it was like 90ºF outside so it was pretty... hot.

Are they trying to replicate the kinetic armor that some of the bigger folks on ao have? :D

I think it looks kinda bada....uh......cool. Its for UNDER your jersey and such, and depending on how hard the padding is it may increase the amount of breaks you get.

how much is the pants and jersey like that? It looks like it might be a benefit to keeping my 46 year old bones in less pain from playing all day! LOL

Sure would look cute on the field dressed like that...... :argh:

I would probably wear this if I was playing in a PSP format type game. You tend to get overshot in these games, and this would actually help protect you. Although i would only do it on a cold day. I'd overheat if I wore this in the summer at SC Village.

"To the bat-mobile, Robin!"

Is that meant to be worn under something? If you did, you'd burn up.

and they laughed with that old pic of Tom (I think) and another person (I think again?) wearing bright colored spandex style uniforms.

I tried to find that pic but couldnt find it :tard: anyone know?

im not trying to sound like some macho teen going throuh puberty, but come on... what kind of weenie do u have to be to wear padding, if you need it for ball bounces work on your skill so u dont even need to worry about getting hit at all let alone makeing it bounce

I think its great.
IDK about you all but when I play its rough. I usually cant handle walking at days end. Not just from getting shot up like a nub.

They call it a superman slide... might as well look the part.

and yes they do go under your jersey and pants. I have the dye slide shorts... wow. what a diffrence. Also I noticed myself making stupid moves more because I know it wont hurt as bad as it used to.

Chrono'ing isn't well enforced at the SC Village's Arena's they don't require you to do so and will only get checked if a ref thinks you're shooting hot, but they don't pay attention to the games. :(
Only place in the arena's were they have a chrono is at the air field, and even then I don't think they pay much attention there.

Hot guns are common there, I've seen guys shoot solid ropes from way in the back in the 10 man field and have no drop off. When I see that I know to be careful. The padding may help, but I'm not going to invest in it right now, maybe the shirt if the price was right. :p
