well i just got my brand new retro valve not one shot fired thru it so i oiled and gas it up then shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
it pretty loud, i dont think its in the pt part cuz i put in a 215 and all the orings are fine but it still leaks. now im pretty sure its in the on/off but it all looks fine!
i tried pulling the trigger but still nothing happened. maybe some of you guys could enlighten me im stumped.
one more thing i did a search but i didnt find what i was looking for.

I am not that farmiliar with the RT valve I just got one myself but I heard somewhere that if the pressure is to high it vents it off or somthin like that. Im not sure but that is the oonly thing I have heard about it. Hope this helps some.

Is this happening as soon as you gas the gun up? Are you using a screw in tank? That isnt uncommon with screw ins because the ReTro needs a sudden burst of air to seat the orings properly. My suggestion would be to get a proconnect or an on/off for your tank. For now, you can just use a straight shot squeegie and seat the bolt manually.
