The Airwalks big Brother The STORMWalk trigger frame

It is a mechanical wonderland for all you hobbiest out there the possiblities are endless with this Frame Gives you the emag feel with a stylish look All the edges need to be rounded still

takes Airwalk panels in the rear
will take custom panels for the fronts
As for the panels they will be offered in ackrillic blue red and clear and aluminum smooth or tribal
Has a spacious, roomy interior front compartment ( like a car)
Has multiple air ports
has room to go from the front pack to the rear of the trigger frame
Takes AGD speced triggers
It also has a dove tail mount on the bottom for asa's

For those who dont know, the very front of the pack where you see the airports on the top and bottom. they both connect inside of the pack. So if you put an airfitting on the bottom hole either side the air will go through the frame up to the upper airport hole

Player: [shakes gun] "Should I bunker that kid up there?"

Not pointing a finger at you CKY,.... remember everyone that these Storm Walk frames are PROTO-TYPES. So Jay might need the input of us to help change it a bit to sell more of them for something we want to shoot.

I like and dislike things about it. No matter what he puts out, he cant please 100% of us.

Good thing is, hes willing to take the time and do it right.

Jay, my suggestion/question is: Pannels. What are you doing for these? Metal or something else like rubber? Are you going to do some design on the metal pannels if you do those?

This is a good example of what NOT to do to a mag. Sorry for the harsh critique, but if I remember way back when I used to come here often, the biggest complaint about the emag was that gigantic blocky battery box in the front of it. Does anyone like it?

Concept gets an A, but the execution gets a F

ARE you asking in general if anyone likes the emag battery pack or if anyone likes my design

OK about the emag comment, I beleive the biggest complaints with an emag was one the weight issue that was caused by the how heavy the battery it self is so we eliminate the battery and we are now lighter

the other reason some people dis like the emag lowers in general is the actual trigger frame part of the emag . They have that hump that some do not like so we took it out and added a more styllish frame.

Also you dont need to add any pneumatics or electronics for this mechanical frame to work there for again it is lighter. But as we know you can put all the goodies you want in there and you still dont have the extra weight from the emag battery. We also tried to eliminate the blocky look to the front by making it all one piece

Thank you for your critique it is not harsh and i like your honesty, just starting off the thread with "This is a good example of what NOT to do to a mag" is alittle ignorant considering what you can do with this.

I would agree with jay...people don't care for the weight of the Emag, not the battery pack. I like the pack because it acts like an integrated foregrip. In fact, it must have been such a good design the Mini has the same setup.

I love the new products for Mags that jay is taking the time and effort to create. If you don't don't seem to like that is okay...everyone is entitled to their own opinion...but if you think you can do better just go ahead and knock yourself out and present us with another option besides this product.

And don't knock the manufacturer who spends his own time and money creating something for a product that I hope you own. Because I don't see too many other options out there that can do what jay's products are advertising and doing

Love the work jay...keep it up

the other reason some people dis like the emag lowers in general is the actual trigger frame part of the emag . They have that hump that some do not like so we took it out and added a more styllish frame.

I found it very ironic that the AGD world ULE'd the hump off, and then the rest of the world fell in love with TonTon GripFrames, even putting that design on IONs...

I like the design, and notice someone said "acrylic grips" ??? Who is making those?

no Bigman this will not accomadate emag parts, the emag board, trigger internals
and battery will not fit. this Mechanical frame was designed with pneumags and electro pneumag conversions in mind as for me I will have one mech and one EP (in the works)

looks cool (kinda bulky over all but very cool idea IMHO.

im confused how the air is supposed to run in that front pasage. does it go in the bottom and out the top or are you supposed to have to run a nother line inside inbetween the top and bottom?

the air connection macro fitting or ss steel can tap into the left ,right or bottom of the front pack. it then travels through the front of the pack to the top air ports they are all linked internally together. if you want to go pneumatic or electronic or both you can run your wires and hoses throught the frame from the back of the frame to the front so everything is internal

I hope that helped because it can be confusing to explain

the part i am confused about still is do you need to put a line inside that front grip still if you run it in teh bottom or does it run through an unseen path?

no you do not need to put anything inside the front grip, there are air holes internally that you do not see from the out side

no I only make mechanical parts I leave that up to other people , I try not to get involved. there is to much RED tape, paintball is suppose to be fun and it some times turns in to a political battle. I am here trying to help out and play some PB as soon as I am not having any more FUN I will pack up and leave. whether I make 33 or 1000 parts. Sorry I kinda got off topic it is early and I am cranky.

(ANd if I have my SFL still when the time comes I will burry it so RUDZ can't find it)
