Can anyone point me in the right direction so that I may learn this art form?

Keep it clean. That is the only thing that needs to be done to "tune" and xvalve. The level 10 part as well as the ULT have specific tuning requirements. There is a sticky at the top of the tech forums for info on the ULT. The level 10 problems thread has a lot of useful info for the level 10.

athomas, wouldn't you say that you should tune the ULT and the lvl 10 separately? It seems like some people are changing shims in their ULT at the same time they change them (and carriers) in the lvl 10. I can't see how they ever get that to work. Murphy should prevent any random combinations from working, except that the on off seems to be less sensitive when it comes to just being able to fire.
