SPP Young Guns Tournament Series at Fox near Chicago
5th annual Young Guns Tournament Series.
EVENT #1-Sunday, April 29th
This event will be run by;
SPLATTERZONE PAINTBALL PRODUCTIONS.
All events will be held at;
Fox Paintball, Millington, Il.
This will be a 3 man Rookie division series only. This tournament was created for young players in the Midwest that want to try their hand at tournament play. This is not a intended for new players in the sport of paintball, but for players with little to no tournament experience.
The tournament will be a 3 man Rookie series, ages 10-16 years of age(Photo ID required). If a player turns 17 during the series, but has played in other events in this series prior to turning 17, then they are still eligable to play the remaining events.
$75.00 per team entry fee.
$15.00 team air fee (3000 & 4500 HPA self fill stations, and co2).
Event Paint Only $65 per case of field BLAZE (Team ejection for non event paint being used, no refunds).
Many sponsors have joined in to help put together a nice prize package for the top 3 teams at the end of the season. AWESOME Championship trophies will be awarded for the series Champs in Sept.
Trophies at every event for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. A minimum of 6 games played at every event, plus playoffs.
Play in as many events as you want. If you pre pay for the entire series before April 26th, then one event will be free. Teams must play in at least 5 out the 6 events to qualify for the Championship game in September. The Championship game will be played immediately after the regular play on Sept 30th. All games are played rain or shine.
This is a very fun filled, action packed series intended for players to gain experience to be able to move on to the next level. We follow strict rules and try to help teams with pointers after each game to help improve their game.
There were over 100 teams that registered during the series in 2006. Playing levels vary, and we try to match teams as close as possible to their playing level. We try to regulate players that have played in other Young Guns tournaments, but they are eligable to play in our series as long as they are still in the Rookie class. We keep all records of our past events, as well as all other National event rosters played throughout the year.
Event series T Shirts will be sold at the score tent this year.
Registration must be received, with payment, no later than the Friday before each event. A "late fee", or "walk on fee" of $15.00 will be added to each team.
Get registered early and lets have some fun! Each event is limited to 40 teams, so sign up early.
