Hello all,

I am sorry to say that I’m not to sure I can make any more parts at this time.... Looks like I am moving sooner than expected and I need to get my house and family in order first. I don’t know how things will play out so I don’t want to make any promises I can’t keep. I don’t think I will have access to some of the machineries in PA (where I’m moving to) to keep going at it. I am working on getting some of my own equipment but this is going to slow me down...I tried to PM anybody that had contacted me about work. If I missed you on a PM I apologize, way to many things to deal with right now. Most of my spare time is now taken up fixing/cleaning/painting the house to getting it ready for sale. I do have some project I started that I hope to finish. I will try to get all these done to do a Moving sale so I don’t have to carry everything to PA. I'd like to say thanks to all of you who have already replied to my PM's for the understanding and best wishes. I'll be up and running again just don’t know when.... :ninja:
Again I’m sorry I can’t help at out this time.
Family first, Paintball second....

Thanks,

I'll still do the Pneumag kits for as long as i can till we sell the house and i pack my tools. I can do those with the tools a have at home. I am trying to gather the stuff i started, and finish it and will do a sale thread. Its only a few things so far but i dont think a want to pack it all and move with it...

hmm... depending when you're painting, I may be able to assist. My in-laws and grandparent in-laws are over there so the wife and I end up heading over there rather frequently...

pm me with some details, maybe we can work something out (as long as it's not this weekend)

WOW what a great guy!!! Offers to help me paint my house... How much beer am i going to need???
I'm not sure when that going to happen, i just finished sanding and water sealing my deck. You'll see why the house needs painting after you look at the pic. My cocker (a dog not the gun) likes to use the side of the house as a scratching post after he goes rolling around in my sand pit i call a back yard.... Hell i just started cleaning off the old paint off of the doors, and i still need tp preasure wash the house the get it ready to paint...

lol. It's not a problem... Having recently bought a townhouse ourselves I understand the pains of painting. I can even see if my father-in-law has a power sprayer I could borrow.

Where in PA are you moving to btw?

I don't think we should go too crazy on the beer, at least before/ during the job. But we can always discuss. (I do have a micromag with Chimera that might like a little pneumatic work though...)

Just let me know. Right now saturdays are best for me in terms of weekends although an occasional monday is possible. (I run the IMAX and 9 35mm theaters in Tampa so I usually work friday nights and sundays.)

Well i got ahold of a pressure washer and finished washing the houseand most of the drive and side walk last night. Looks like i will be painting all this weekend. (Too bad not with a paintball gun) Work let my borrow the airless sprayer. I should be able to at least get the base color on pretty fast. As for all the trim, eve and stuff. Well thats going to take a bit longer. I also need to tape off all my windows and such. Long weekend coming up fast...Wish me luck...

Yea we have to sell the house before we move. I'm trying to make it look good so it will sell fast. Then i can get set up north and get going again.... :argh:

Don't you love the duality of it all... You have to invest time, money and sweat labor into a house that will (Hopefully) soon be occupied by someone else who will enjoy the work that you have to put into it... Makes you wish you had fixed the leaky faucet when it started leaking instead of living with it for years just to fix it right before you move... I know when I sold my house I invested in painting the interior, exterior, replacing trim work, upgrading the AC and windows..... All to sell it to someone else to enjoy. It sure got my goat to have to invest a ton of money (and time) into something that I wasn't going to keep, but on the flip side I made a 20% gain on the final sale over the original purchase price in four years of living there. ;) So overall, I know it was worth it, it just sucked when I had to do it all!

Seond (third, w/e) the notion of "Boy, this place looks great after many hours of work. So, now I'll move into a crappy place so someone else can live here." being irritating.

Well, my wife's 90 year old grandmother trumps everything, especially since grandpa passed recently...

:p

yeah, sprayers are real nice, I wish I could use one for the interior we have left to do...

Oh an aside, I thought it was in the Florida building code that all light fixtures needed to be mounted to junction boxes if the wiring is coming through the wall. Am I right or am I on crack?
(I want to change the light fixture in my bathrooms and found that the one in the master bath doesn't have one behind it so I get to retrofit one while doing the least damage to the drywall.)

Yea i belive your right about the code. They make open wall boxes that should work for you. It's just cutting out the opening for the box to fit into and some screws to turn that run tabs on the inside of the wall to tighten it to the wall?

Heres what lack of paintball does to me!!!
