So I picked up a used Alien Remains not really knowing what I was getting myself into. It turns out, I made a very good decision! So far the only issue I have had is with the damn max-flo reg. I think I have that pretty much figured out so I made a little video.

The settings seem close to my E/X-mags:

Single shot, no ramping
20 BPS
Not sure about the velocity but it's low. Maybe around 210 fps. I just didn't have time to mess with it.

Video (30 seconds) Sorry about the quality, I was in a hurry.

So you picked the Alien in between 2 E-mags and posted it on AO....lol

Still a good choice....

I only hear good things about them. Anyways, the fastest half-second burst i found in the GW of the vid was about 7-8 BPS... meaning 14-16 BPS sustatined. You might of had a 50ms 2 shot burst in there somewhere (20bps) but I didn't feel like searching the whole file for peak BPS. So even though it was a half second sustained, let's all call it 16 bps ;). Still quick.

Wow! Thanks for doing that.

I have been shooting E/X-mags for the past 6 years and this is my first non AGD marker. While I LOVE the E-mag trigger, this thing is just insane. Mind you I just got everything up and running yesterday so I still need some time with the trigger.

For the money, I would certainly buy another one. :headbang:
AGD will always be in my gearbag though!
